Math infomation has a very complete lists of mathematical links. Math Review can let you search the papers by any authors, subjects, etc. AMS always has a lot of infomation, like jobs, TeX, Conferences ,and others. CTAN provides TeX packafes. At NSF:Mathematical Sciences, you can find all awarded NSF math grants.
Mathematics Journals online
Most Journals do not have real articles, but at least you can view the contents of newest issues and some back issues, or even abstracts. They also provide author submission infomation. In fact, if your department pay a fee to the publisher, they will allow you to view or download real articles from web sites. Some of them are free: Elec. Jour. of Diff. Equa. , UK Nonlinear News , Elec. Rese. Ann. of AMS , Notices of the AMS . The journals listed here only represent my own interest(analysis and differential equations), many others can be found in this site .
A complete list of Mathematics Department list is available at Math infomation.

These people are all related to nonlinear analysis and differeatial equations, and most of them have their recent preprints available in their webpages. Or they have some software packages, graphics very interesting.
